And how do you stop your AI assistant from running off the rails once the code starts flowing? Welcome to the first AI Jam! Join Kevin Kaminski as he shows how specification-driven development with OpenSpec keeps AI coding on track, from raw idea to working app, with little to no developer knowledge required. We'll explore turning an idea into a clear, AI-friendly spec, vibe coding with GitHub Copilot as your pair programmer, using the spec as guardrails (so you get what you actually asked for), and taking an idea all the way to an application. Heads-up: this session gets technical at points; a basic understanding of GitHub Copilot and GitHub will help you get the most out of it.
